- 1 English muffin
- 3 tablespoons cream cheese plain or strawberry
- 1 berry for bunny nose like a raspberry
- 10 chocolate chips for eyes and mouth I used regular for eyes and minis for mouth
- chives or other veggie or fruit for the whiskers
- 1 banana for ears for the ears
Toast your English muffin.
Spread cream cheese (I used strawberry cream cheese) evenly over your muffin.
Add a raspberry, piece of strawberry, or other berry choice for your nose and two chocolate chips for the eyes (you could also use blueberries for the eyes).
Cut a banana in half and then cut it lengthwise as well to make two ears and place them at the top of your bunny head.
Add pieces of chives (or long thin strips of apple, carrots, or bell peppers would work) to be the whiskers and then complete with a mouth made out of mini chocolate chips. Serve and enjoy!
If you don't have an English muffin, you can cut bread into a circle shape after toasting.
Add the banana ears right before eating so they don't turn brown.
