Equipment

  • toaster

Ingredients

  • 1 English muffin
  • 3 tablespoons cream cheese plain or strawberry
  • 1 berry for bunny nose like a raspberry
  • 10 chocolate chips for eyes and mouth I used regular for eyes and minis for mouth
  • chives or other veggie or fruit for the whiskers
  • 1 banana for ears for the ears

Instructions

  • Toast your English muffin.
  • Spread cream cheese (I used strawberry cream cheese) evenly over your muffin.
  • Add a raspberry, piece of strawberry, or other berry choice for your nose and two chocolate chips for the eyes (you could also use blueberries for the eyes).
  • Cut a banana in half and then cut it lengthwise as well to make two ears and place them at the top of your bunny head.
  • Add pieces of chives (or long thin strips of apple, carrots, or bell peppers would work) to be the whiskers and then complete with a mouth made out of mini chocolate chips. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

If you don't have an English muffin, you can cut bread into a circle shape after toasting.
Add the banana ears right before eating so they don't turn brown.
