Wash your grapes: Start by picking the grapes off the stem and running them under water to clean them thoroughly. Put them into a bowl with water just covering the grapes to keep them wet.
Roll your grapes: Pour your Jello powder into a bowl. Shake off excess water from a grape and roll it in the fine powder. You can either use your fingers or a spoon to roll the grape around until coated, or you can also put each grape on a toothpick and use that as a handle to roll the grape around.
Allow grapes to set: Set the rolled grapes on a plate and place in the fridge for 30 minutes to allow the coating to set a bit and enjoy!
Notes
How to store:You can store candied grapes in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days or in the freezer in an airtight container for up to a week. Can you freeze candied grapes?Yes! Frozen candied grapes are delicious. You can either freeze your grapes first and let them warm up for 5 minutes or so before rolling so that the surface of the grape begins to melt a little and gets wet, or you can flash freeze finished rolled grapes on a tray for 1 hour and then put them all in a ziplock freezer bag to eat later. You can serve right out of the freezer or let them sit out for 5-10 minutes to soften a bit first. Eat frozen grapes within a week.
