Using an ice cream printable is a fun way to celebrate summer and see how creative kids will be with what flavors they dream up. As a preschool or kindergarten craft they can do more of the cutting and coloring with you. You could make as many scoops as you want and use it as a counting activity too!

Ready to make your cut out ice cream? Follow these steps!
Supplies Needed
- Ice Cream Template download
- Cardstock in colors of choice (assorted paper pack)
- school glue or glue stick
- scissors
- crayons
Steps to Building Your Ice Cream Cone
- Print out your template(s).
- Cut out the cone onto peach paper.
- Next trace any of the individual scoops on a variety of colored cardstock to represent different flavors of ice cream.
- As an alternative, you can trace one outline on yellow paper and use paint or markers to add the details.
- To add sprinkles, cut small pieces of cardstock or construction paper. Add a few glue dots with school glue or a glue stick and dump the paper ‘sprinkles’ onto the ice cream like confetti!
