This craft is a great way to teach kids to recognize the American flag as well as learning the USA colors: red, white and blue. This patriotic craft project will help you decorate your home for the 4th of July.
This easy craft for children takes less than 30 minutes to complete. Your child will practice scissor skills and gluing. And the stars are made with fingerprints, so you will only need one color (white) of acrylic paint to complete this craft.
Depending on the age of your child, they may be able to help with different parts of the craft. Preschoolers can help with the cutting and gluing, while it may be better for younger children to focus on the fingerprint painting portion of the craft.
