Scarecrow Craft Ideas

Make a paper cut out scarecrow using the steps above.
Print and color your scarecrow and hang around the classroom or house.
Use with our pumpkin templates to create your own paper pumpkin patch!
Color each individual piece and build your own scarecrow by glueing onto another piece of cardstock or paper after cutting out.

Supplies Needed

Scarecrow Template Set
Cardstock paper in fall/harvest colors (assorted paper pack)
school glue
scissors
Optional detail items like googley eyes or straw/ribbon
Crayons, markers or colored pencils

Steps to Assembling Your Scarecrow

Print out your template(s).
Cut out the piece of your scarecrow and trace it onto paper in the colors of your choice.
Glue the pieces together or onto a separate piece of paper.
Glue on any of the detail pieces like googley eyes or ribbon for ‘straw’.
Draw on cheeks, eyebrows and a mouth.
