Key Supplies
- Brown cup or paper towel roll (they’re a bit sturdier than a toilet paper roll!)
- a brown balloon
- scissors or x-acto knife

How to Make a Football Pom Pom Popper

Step 1. Draw lines on your brown paper cup to look like football seams.

Step 2. Cut out the bottom of your cup- have an adult do this part! You can use an x-acto knife or I just used scissors and then tore it out.

Step 3. Tie a brown balloon and then cut off the top.

Step 4. Slide the ballon onto the bottom of the cup. Secure with tape.

Step 5. Fill your cup with mini pom poms or mini marshmallows. Pull back the bottom of the balloon and let it go to make it fire.
